Smiling Mind is Australia’s leading digital-led, prevention-focused mental health nonprofit designed to create a more mentally healthy Australia where people have the skills and resources to care for their mental health and thrive. The Smiling Mind: Meditation App program utilizes mindfulness and positive psychology techniques to enhance mental strength and endurance. It aims to improve sleep, academic and athletic performance, reduce stress, and improve relationships. Additionally, it encourages the development of new social and emotional abilities. This program allows users to learn, practice, and build mental fitness skills to improve their mental health. It is designed to be flexible and can be used for short periods, such as a few minutes or more extended periods of up to half an hour. The program can be accessed from anywhere at any time. This program offers a variety of options for different age groups, including children aged three years and older, young people, and adults. Additionally, there are programs specifically designed for families to enjoy together.
